1. Data controller

2. Data collected

We collect the following data depending on the case:

When placing an order

First name, business name, shipping address, email, Google Business Profile link (optional). This data is necessary to fulfil the order and create the listing in the directory.

Browsing data

Anonymous traffic data is collected via Vercel Analytics (no tracking cookie, native GDPR compliance).

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • • Fulfilling the order - processing, shipping, email confirmation (legal basis: performance of the contract)
  • • Directory listing - creation and display of the business listing (legal basis: performance of the contract)
  • • Improving the service - anonymised traffic statistics (legal basis: legitimate interest)

4. Data recipients

Your data is transferred to the following processors, strictly within their scope:

  • • Stripe - payment processing (banking data, never stored on our side)
  • • Supabase - database hosting
  • • Resend - sending transactional emails
  • • Vercel - website hosting

No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention period

  • • Order data: 5 years (legal accounting requirements)
  • • Directory listing: active while you remain a customer, removable on request
  • • Browsing data: 90 days maximum

6. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

  • • Access - obtain a copy of your data
  • • Rectification - correct inaccurate data
  • • Erasure - request the deletion of your data
  • • Objection - object to a processing
  • • Portability - receive your data in a structured format

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

7. Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Vercel Analytics collects anonymised traffic data without a tracking cookie. No cookie banner is required.

8. Security

Data is stored on secure infrastructures (Supabase, Vercel). Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, PCI DSS certified. Communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
