Terms of Sale

1. Seller

These Terms of Sale govern sales made on the dogs-friendly.fr website, operated by Cryapist Studio (sole trader, SIREN 848 318 051), 8 rue du Moulin, 25870 Les Auxons, France. Email: contact@dogs-friendly.fr.

2. Products

The site sells "dogs welcome" window stickers in round 12×12 cm format, glossy laminated, resistant to UV and weather. Every order includes lifetime listing in the dogs-friendly.fr directory.

Products are offered subject to stock availability. In case of stockout, the customer will be informed by email and fully refunded.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The price displayed at the time of the order is the final price, shipping included.

4. Order and payment

The order is confirmed once payment is validated. Payment is secured through Stripe (credit card: Visa, Mastercard). Payment data is never stored on our servers.

A confirmation email is sent as soon as payment is validated, summarising the order details.

5. Delivery

Shipping is free on every order. Stickers are shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.

Delivery covers mainland France. For any order outside France, please contact us beforehand.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day period from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us of their decision by email at contact@dogs-friendly.fr before the deadline. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the notification, via the original payment method.

Note: since the directory listing is a service activated upon order confirmation, its termination is effective as of the withdrawal date without a separate refund (it is included in the overall refund).

7. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Article L.217-4 of the French Consumer Code) and from the warranty against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code). In case of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer may request exchange or refund by contacting contact@dogs-friendly.fr.

8. Liability

Cryapist Studio cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. Liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

9. Personal data

Data collected during the order is used only for its processing and for creating the directory listing. See our privacy policy for more information.

10. Applicable law

These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any judicial action. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Cryapist Studio's registered office.
